What you’ll have
The 1,114 sq ft basement suite is yours, never shared with other guests. Relax in the spacious lounge, sleep in a bedroom with a walk-in closet, and use the washer and dryer in the suite’s laundry room (the host also uses it on weekends, for up to 4 hours). You have a private bathroom with shower. North of Sixty Luxury Accommodation is a licensed 1 private bedroom suite, sleeps 4 (double bed, sofa bed and couch; the bed and sofa bed each have a heated electric blanket), in Frame Lake South, Yellowknife, near YZF airport. The kitchenette (not a full kitchen) has a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. There’s also streaming TV (Netflix, Crave, Prime Video, Disney+ and Discovery+ are included, each with a Guest profile), Wi-Fi, a crib, a pellet stove and space heater for winter that you control, driveway and street parking, and a fully fenced shared backyard.

good value & location for aurora season accommodation. Located in a residential area but within minutes (driving) to the airport, grocery store, downtown, old town, and the Ingram trail.
Place was exactly as described. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. A 5 minute walk to Starbucks/McDonalds, about 10 minutes to Walmart/Tim Hortons so it’s in a good spot. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends.
The place was sparkling clean, and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. The host was super kind and attentive. Finally, the accommodation is close to everything, shops and restaurants and in a safe part of the city.

The unit was very nice, clean, and stocked with everything you might need. The host went above and beyond to provide coffee and snacks in the unit and checked in to see if I needed anything. It was a good location, quite close to everything you need. I would definitely stay again.

I felt very welcomed and was grateful for the cozy, warm space. Hosts went above and beyond when I arrived in minus 50 weather - my airline lost my carry-on luggage with my winter layers. Highly recommend!
Isaiah was very responsive even late at night and helped us have a smooth check in. His place was comfortable and had everything we needed for the night stay.
I adore the place; you have your own basement complete with a private toilet and a large tv. Isaiah is also personable and responsive. Totally recommend.
The area was close to every place I needed to be, considering I was moving there. Walmart is a 7 min walk, the grocery store and McDonald’s are across the street. The place was nice and quaint, and offered every service listed. The host, Isaiah was very responsive when I had any questions about the area, and was kind enough to accommodate me as needed. Overall lovely experience.
